  Worst chase bank you could ever go to!!!! The workers are so rude and always make everything so difficult. Rather walk 20 blocks to another chase

  .Machines replaced tellers. Instead "bankers" aka glorified tellers who I suspect the bank is using as cheap labor, to try to get you to open credit cards or open extra accounts with chase. Calling them bankers may make you more likely to trust them, but also influences the level of entitlement in their behavior (see Yelp reviews) When I go to a bank I want to go in and get out quickly. Deposit checks - get money. .With long lines and one teller this is insufficient and inefficient Banking at its worst. Forgot about customer service and professional behavior.
