  Unbelievable. Tried to open a business checking account and it took four visits, one which lasted over two hours. It seems they always require more forms that aren't mentioned at the previous visit. They put your account on "probation" for 90 days and then decide if you get a debit card. Don't bother with this joke of a bank. I walked across the street to TDBank and opened an account in 30 minutes.

  I have genuinely loved Apple bank since it was Emigrant bank and I have been with them for several years. I enjoyed all of my experiences up until today. DO NOT go to the 72nd St location. They have the absolute worst staff I have ever experienced. A " Manager " named " Sheila Gordon " has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sheila Gordon is beyond confrontational, rude, incompetent and just clearly dislikes her job. I have no clue how someone of her caliber could obtain employment with a company as prestigious as apple bank. She single handily brings down not only the reputation of the bank but also the customer service. Her behavior belongs on the street and not in a bank. She obviously forgot the definition of “professionalism” or the fact that she works in a bank. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

  I feel that my money is safe, besides that employees at apple bank have a excelent customer service skill , specially at 181st branch.

  Apple bank was a really friedly experience. I was given my own ersonal advsor who guided me through everything and helped fnd the right loan and repayment method for me :)
