  I tried to deposit a check through the phone but was told it didnt go through. So i went to the bank to cash it and obviously they screwed up and now there is a hold until tomorrow. So i have no cash till tomorrow

  Terrible customer service!! More concerned with getting me out the door than seeing if my needs were met. I had to pay to get something notarized when they could've done it for free. Instead they made me wait for 40 minutes because the teller didn't want to clog up the line which took up my lunch so I had to leave with nothing getting done. I went to UPS the next day to get it done and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was going to open up a estate account with Chase but I've changed ny mind.

  They told me to go to another branch. Other branch was closed. Put your money in a bank that cares about your time.

  Great customer service. Very fast and friendly. Found my new Chase branch in Tulsa.
