::Terrible customer service!! More concerned with getting me out the door than seeing if my needs were met. I had to pay to get something notarized when they could've done it for free. Instead they made me wait for 40 minutes because the teller didn't want to clog up the line which took up my lunch so I had to leave with nothing getting done. I went to UPS the next day to get it done and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was going to open up a estate account with Chase but I've changed ny mind.
