::What a terrible experience! Ravy (new accout rep) and her manager Erick do not know what they are doing... I've opened up a new account with a direct deposit $225 bonus. I also did ask Ravy whether or not I must deposit money, but she told me that the minimum deposit is not necessary as long as I make a direct deposit from my company in 90 days, Then I'll get $225 bonus automatically. However, they closed my account after 60 days without any reason; they didn't even mail me any letter about closing my account. And my direct deposit was rejected because they closed it earlier than the direct deposit transaction. I had such a hassle/wasting time with them.. I went there twice to fix the issue, but Erick told me that it was my fault not making a deposit at all. That's why my account got closed. He kept saying that without any direct deposit, I can't get a $225 bonus??? Unfortunately my company can't make another direct deposit to the same account was closed and rejected my salary. Ravy and Erick have such a high nose attitude and don't even know how to solve issues. I'll report this issue to Chase HQ and see what they say... don't waste/spend your valuable time there, not even 1 minute/penny...

::Craig the manager was giving me the run around on why they cannot proceed with my deposit. Stated only business accounts are able to deposit high volumes of coins. In my case it was only one box of half dollars, with a grand total of 500 dollars. My coins are always nicely wrapped with the original wrapping. Craig pronounces that all the coins will have to be unwrapped and bagged. This is a service that they don’t offer. I volunteered to unwrap the coins at the time, saving them time and energy. Furthermore the manager then goes back to talk about business accounts and what not. When I left, Craig did not acknowledge me nor shake my hand and say thank you. I liked this branch, they have always taken in my coin deposits. Today was the first time I was told no. I went up the road to another branch on Lakewood and rosecrans. They gladly took my coin with a smile.

::Well they replaced the 6 banker booths and replaced them with two Atm machines. That's fine and all but when I have to wait over 30 minute to try and get a new debit card. While I was sitting waiting to be greeted I managed to witness an older Hispanic lady, chase employee, assist a "regular" who strolled right in and waited no time. Of course they were well aquinted as they shared Easter vacation memories. Shortly after he dismissed himself and the Chase employee proceeded to make a personal phone call, at her desk. She called someone, I'm assuming her husband. She explained to him how the kids wanted to watch "Batman vs Superman". She gives the person a run down of the times, there was a 5pm showing and a 7pm showing. She couldn't do the 5pm showing because she had a 5pm appointment, she suggested doing the 7pm instead. According to the conversation, which again I'm having to listen because the two robot atm machines can't help me, the movie was to last 2 hours and 30 minute; giving them enough time to grab pizza or something after. She then hung up and proceeded to do God knows what, except help people. That's when I got up and left.
