  1. First and second visits: I had to visit several times due to poor customer service guidance. I couldn't tell you all the incisions necessary for remittance. Term deposit cancellation procedure is also messed up. Getting started using a debit card is complicated. Complicated to use mobile banking. 2. 3rd Visit: The remittance was easily completed and Branch Manager Karen solved all the problems with mobile banking. He listened to all the inconveniences I experienced and promised to further strengthen customer service along with an apology. Karen's kindness and miraculous handling of work touched me and erased all my uncomfortable memories. 👍😁👍 I am fixing it to 5 stars! hehe I hope that BOH, which I have used and cherished for a long time since my days at Bank of America, will always develop and grow.

  Flexible with low cost banking. Has minor flaws, but their flexibility and low cost evens it out.

  Their serices are worst ever. I have very bad experience with front desk when I proceed with a monet transfer. The guy teller at a front desk is inconsistant with other teller and embarrassed me with a different instruction requesting additional information than others. They made me back and forth 3 times. He has bad attitude and speaks bluntly with no smile and made me upset. This Korean bank needs to improve custormer satisfaction with friendly attitude to offer customer service if you want to retain customers and grow your business. I'll pull out my deposit and saving accounts from this bank and tranfer to American Bank. I am not satisfied.

  the worst ever ! 20 minutes wait on teller coz she’s on the phone . asked for restroom . no go next door
