  I have been a long time chase customer. This branch is useless! It is a new concept store called a Chase Express. No tellers, unable to cash check for a business account, just kept telling me things they couldn't do for me.

  I was promised $200 to open an account with a large deposit for five months. After three visits to the bank and phone calls, the manager refused to add the amount to my account because they could not locate the coupon or offer. I closed my account and deposited in the Suntrust Bank across the street where I always get efficient and pleasant service. Beware of their offers.

  A bank is a bank, right? This branch has removed their tellers and replaced them with a single machine. So the counter is gone and there’s a big empty space with what is essentially a more capable atm. I hate to see people being replaced by machines.

  I have been super happy with Chase. This branch as well as pretty much every employee I’ve spoken with. They’ve taken great care of me with my business and personal banking. I certainly appreciate them.
