  As others mentioned you can access using your card or phone if you have that activated on your phone. I used my phone and it kept saying error but I noticed the the light would still turn green. I pulled when the light turned green and got in. Giving 4 starts because it's confusing with the error message but did work for me.

  The card reader doesn't work. And according to other reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem. Come here at your own peril.

  Same experience I try over 20+ door unlock but not open i try everything and nothing .... funny thing person in front on me open the door with not issue when i go after him nothing and person behind me neither . What a great experience when is not a lot chase bank around people here in Maryland

  Echoing the experience of a previous reviewer. Went at 7pm on a Sunday to this 24 hour ATM - swiped my card to unlock the door, which you could hear it unlocking and the light turn green but the door would not open.

  There isn’t a chase bank near me. I have to drive out 25 mins to the closet one. I was excited with this new location that is now 13 mins away. When I try going to it for the first time. It was locked. It’s a 24 hour atm. You get access with you debit/credit card.. I used both. Never opened. Not very convenient if the card reader goes out frequently. Called customer service. They could do nothing.. have to drive over 30 mins.
