  This guy Employee named Robert really helped me out on my meal on what to get. I got the bacon 3 cheese steak and i loved it. Thanks to Robert for showing me that sandwhich.

  Good food REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!! Mr. Robert ("supervisor") treat my friend and me so rude, Robert is so disrespectful.. i wont come back in this particular Charleys.

  Lack of customer service. The heavy set cashier girl always has an attitude and the rest of the employees all stick together. They act bother when you walk in and interrupt their social time. Never ever going back again, thankfully Subway is across the way.
