  This was my first time here, their service wasn't very good, I guess they were to busy to bring us a box for our Large BJ's specialty pizza (which was mostly bread not a lot of toppings, like the delicious pizzas at BJ's in Newport Beach), and when they finally brought it, they brought us a small box. When I told the lady the pizza was too large, for the small box; she looked at me as if "take it or leave it, ain't nobody got time for that!" I guess the waiters don't work as a team, because although we were surrounded by five of them, they're very good at ignoring us, and avoiding eye contact. The great thing though, is that I glanced to the TV screen, and I saw that they sell discounted movie tickets; so we were able to buy two tickets for $10.25 or so, a piece, so we actually saved about $8.00 by buying their discounted tickets. To be fair though, maybe we were rushing to leave on time for our movie. If I ever go back, I'll make sure to tell them to bring me a large box at the same time with my large pizza, and the bill right away 🤔.

  When you come to eat here on a Monday afternoon between the hours of 3-5 PM, you would think service would be more efficient. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food, and I did not like the Sriracha Brussels sprouts they cooked; I would recommend you not to get that. However, I absolutely loved the berry burst beer they served here; my all time favorite sweet alcoholic drink. The peanut butter cup pizookie we had was good also. I would recommend that you eat at the bar when you come here on the not-so-busy hours, because service seems to be more prompt over there, and they serve great drinks and offer great deals for happy hour at the bar tables only.

  Are waiter was awesome!! Super nice and came by every once is awhile to ask how we were doing. Me and my friend shared a plate and dessert. We are both very petite and servings are so big 😆 we both were stuffed by the end 😊

  The drinks are better than the food. Ordered the sirloin steak; it was dry and the sides were tasteless. I was expecting something top quality, such as, Cheesecake Factory. This place is no where near that.

  Had a birthday dinner at BJ’s last evening and it was awful! Ordered a filet medium and it came served with a medium rare flag. Had to send it back. My husband ordered regular fries and received sweet potato fries. Waiter should write the orders down if he can’t remember them! Asked for the cornbread muffins that were suppose to be served with our dinner and was told they would bring them when they were out of the oven. When they did bring them they were hard as a rock and obviously were reheated from being served to a previous table. Gross! The waiter insisted we order dessert since it was my birthday and said he would buy it. When we received the bill he had charged us for the desserts that we hadn’t even wanted. Took forever to get our credit card back. The waiter had it stuck in his hat while he was taking orders at other tables. When we finally got our card back the waiter quickly disappeared. Definitely a very disappointing experience and will not be back! Too many good restaurants in this area......don’t waste your money here!!!
