::Excellent customer service and prompt shipment of parts. Johnny immediately answered my email inquiries and was spot on with advice on repair. Turns out our Gaggia Titanium did not need a new sensor, just a new magnet to correct a water level error. Johnny allowed us to return the part we didn't need. We are located in Florida, but for future coffee needs we'll go no where else!

::I dropped off a 40-year-old Olympia Maxi-matic which was in a sad shape of disrepair after years of neglect, and Johny Cerini and his crew have brought it back to life for me! They replaced all the necessary gaskets, valves, a pump and everything else that wasn't working, and the machine is now capable of brewing a perfect cup of latte! Very happy with the service!
