  Excellent customer service and prompt shipment of parts. Johnny immediately answered my email inquiries and was spot on with advice on repair. Turns out our Gaggia Titanium did not need a new sensor, just a new magnet to correct a water level error. Johnny allowed us to return the part we didn't need. We are located in Florida, but for future coffee needs we'll go no where else!

  I talked to a fellow there named Johnny and he was very helpful. The part arrived. Impressive delivery time. Part looks correct. (I will know when I take the machine apart again and get the rest of the boken part that is still in there out and look at it.) If I do have any issues or questions , my experience so far leads me to believe that they are professional and will help if they can. I’m happy so far. Bill

  I dropped off a 40-year-old Olympia Maxi-matic which was in a sad shape of disrepair after years of neglect, and Johny Cerini and his crew have brought it back to life for me! They replaced all the necessary gaskets, valves, a pump and everything else that wasn't working, and the machine is now capable of brewing a perfect cup of latte! Very happy with the service!

  Cerini has been repairing and cleaning my espresso machines for over 10 years. It is always a pleasant experience. Johnny is very knowledgeable about these machines and is always available for advise. They also offer a wide array of Italian goods. Cerini is definitely the the place to go to for everything coffee!!!

  Placed a very small order not expecting much, just to get my stuff in a week or two. One of the owners emailed me to make sure everything was ok, and to thank me for my business! I don't even think my order was $20. This says a lot about a company if they will reach out to even the very small customers with that level of caring. Thank you Cerini!
