::Service department sucks. I took my car to get serviced since it's under warranty and was told by the service writer 2 to 3 days for the repair. I figure since it was covered by the Bumper to Bumper warranty that I would be given and loaner or rental, so I could go to work ......HELL NO. The service writer said since you didn't purchase a ESP (extended service plan) that there is nothing they can do and then walked away. I asked him who set that policy and he said the service manager told them that this is the new policy. Casa and the Lowenfield's used to take care of there customers, but now you are treated like a number. Once my car is done I will never do business with Casa again and we have been doing business with them since the 70's.

::Went to your dealership to purchase 2 used pickups for my company. I was on a 50k budget .was interested in one that was being looked at by a customer, waited until they finished a test drive. Salesman ( in Spanish)offered to come down to 22k for the vehicle, customer not interested, I test drove, In English offered the 22k was told impossible, informed salesman I speak Spanish in heard the offer, told me that was a friend, offer only extended to him... Went to Dick Poe purchased my vehicles, Will never set foot on your lot again. Will inform anyone who asks, of my treatment there, apparently deals for Hispanic friends only....
