  There’s a real piece of garbage lady who works behind the counter. She was barking at my mom like a dog when she went to order my birthday cake and she was barking when she picked it up. Someone needs to kick her smelly ass.

  Charged me twice for one topping on ice cream cups. They first play dumb. They admitted it later that they have ripped many customers off that way. The molds are not the standard carvel molds for the cakes. They used a cheap Chinese knockoff mini mold that was shaped differently than the snowman mold. I noticed that they do this for all holiday cakes. The employees like telling people off and won't give names. I have seen this numerous times. Report my pictures to carvel.
