  My favorite bagel place, I go here weekly and the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Great ice coffee and the bagels are fantastic

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The delivery guy is extremely inappropriate and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable when he delivers food. After speaking with owner, they acknowledge they have had several complaints about this man and continue to have him employed. DO NOT ORDER.

  Terrible service, never go there. I have bought a pack of 5 bagel that are made the day before. Once I checked the bagels at home, I have found out that 2 of those were covered in mold. My wife went back to the place to inform them but the clerk, while on the phone, so rudely handed my wife 2 dollar and dumped the bagels in the trash bin on the spot. Not only did this show that the bagels were inedible but also it was extremely offensive. So my wife, wanting to hear the mere word "sorry," waited for the clerk to hang up. However, he never apologized, and he and his manager refused to contact his boss. I plan to never go back to this place and I strongly encourage all of you to do the same.

  Decent bagel shop, bad location- difficult to drive to due to traffic if headed east bound. Only exit is west bound! The service is nothing special, the food is good but a little expensive .
