  It can take some time to get your items, especially during the summer but the staff is great. They even made a specific cake I wanted within half an hour!

  Delicious cake but HORRIBLE customer service, the Asian lady that works Sunday morning was very rude, it almost felt like she was annoyed by doing her job, like I was bothering her. I don’t feel like going back and invest my money in a place where I’m getting treated this way.

  Worker looked at us as we walked in, sneezed into his hand then asked if we needed help. After mentioning to ourselves that that was disgusting and wondering out loud if he’d wash his hands we decided to leave. He yelled out “thanks, come again” as we left, although he was clearly the reason why we were leaving. I can get carvel caliber ice cream anywhere, there’s no need for this store in this neighborhood unless they step it up.

  I love Carvel ice cream, old time favorite best flavors in my opinion.I grew up on this.Wish there were more Carvel ice cream shop's in Brooklyn.Very courteous staff at this Church Ave. location.

  Great spot with an awesome family running it! ( or at least I think they're family). I'm there's for their bogo Wednesday deals and they don't skimp you. This is a great spot. One I still travel too even though I moved from the area. Thanks!
