  Used to go there every week .. now sesame bagels look flat as pancakes. Last week picked up order and it was hair in my bagel , had to go back and return it .. this week specifically asked for non toasted bagels . It was not only toasted- it was burnt ! Called the guy, he said its impossible- that it was just from the oven lol very interesting! then how was it burnt inside ? I i think i can tell if the bagel was toasted or not Very disappointed! Need to find another store :/

  Pretty mediocre $1 bagels, long wait even when not a lot of people.

  Ordered from these guys through grubhub. Two hours later, they hadn't delivered. Called them up to see what the problem was, and they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver - never bothered contacting me about this, though. Guy on the phone said he'd talk to his boss about getting me my money back. Two days later, still no money back. I called them up to ask about getting my money back, they hung up on me three times. I eventually had to contact grubhub, who was very good about getting me my money. Long story short: I ordered from them, they never delivered, and hung up on me when I asked about trying to get money back. As far as I'm concerned they tried to rob me.
