  I walked in, the sales me. Saw me and not one came over to help. The store wasn't crowded at all. Eventually after looking around a bit, one man cam over, asked if I needed help and when I told him what I needed he was very cold. When I said ok thank you, he said,"Yeah sure" and walked away. I take it they didn't want my business. Either that or the carpet depot needs new sales people...smh

  Terrible experience. Practically no parking. We wanted to get two rooms carpeted, and the salesman Rocco told us there were only two options as far as what we needed. An entire store full of carpets and when we asked him to tell us about the others, he just stood there and said "they're all the same".

  Called for an estimate. They were coming next day for a 2 hour window and nobody showed up. I called and they said he was probably on his way? No call, no apology I'm going to be late, is that ok? Why set up an estimate if nobody will show up? Does not show good quality as a company. Very disappointed.
