  The sales representatives are helpful, understanding, personable, and patient. Both representatives should conduct classes to new employees on how to best serve customers.

  Terrible showroom. Many of the samples were broken or barely worked. Sales staff were nice but how can you sell when you samples are junk. Price on shutter's were slightly less than Hunter Douglas. Not worth it.

  I needed new blinds after changing my windows. I was told my blinds were still like new and I could have them cut. It would take two days. Two months later sending them back for cutting twice, they still were not cut. They told me they were yet they remained same size. When i asked to be reimbursement for cutting that never occurred I was told that was against policy. So I paid for a service never provided. Horrible customer service, do not recommend at all! I used to use this company but something's has changed and I will never go back!

  Well service was good and the blinds came in on time but the valence did not fit right as it was not wide enough and came out to far from the wall too much and could not reach the clips. Will take back valence and hope BTG will make good on the corrections.

  They were very helpful. Salesperson helped me right away. He put a rush on the order. It was ready in time. He also carried the blinds to my car. I didn't need installation this time. My sister bought a new home and I recommended Blinds to Go.
