  Branch employees are nice enough, but this is a bank that targets low credit individuals

  The tellers here either do not know how to count or just want to get you out the door. So make sure you double check the amount of money they give back to you or what you deposit.

  Yesterday, I called to this branch for the documents which is needed for opening an account, they just told me bring your passport and visa form. When I went there, one of the asian staff, whom was so rude, asked for so many other documents which is unattainable like two photo ID from US. When I told her, I called before coming, she just get angry and shouted at me I am telling which is needed and no one else. I would not come to open account here but it is really important to select staffs that know how to respect customers or at least do not insult to customers.
