  Worst bank branch i have ever been in so rude and lazy and costumer service are racist and rude i was wrong there is one good person in this place her name is Paula Li she is the best

  For some reason, people who work at this branch has a terrible attitude that you don't see at more professional locations such as Midtown Manhattan. It feels like management hires the most unfriendly, rude and condescending people they can find, it really is quite astounding.

  When I was there yesterday , the teller was a girl called letesha , she had a mask face, no smiling, but at all everything was fine and easy.
