  Bad bad service they are thinking that you are working for them they don’t know that they work for you don’t go to this branch it will make your live batter

  Waiting to talk to a representative for two days there is no one to talk to I just talk to the branch manager he told me to call the 800-number well I’m still waiting busy busy busy they will answer soon I held for 40 minutes three times it’s very annoying they should fix it looks like they have no money to hire people they don’t make enough money

  I love the decor. I feel at home in this branch. Oh, and of course there's free coffee. If I was bored I'd go in and just relax on one of the chairs.

  Yesterday, I went to this branch to open an account, staffs are so irresponsible and unfriendly. There were no other customer but they seems do not want to answer my question. One of the staff, Larisa just want to get ride of me and just talk with the other staffs. If it is hard for them to work, why they come to work. It seems they really do not work. Customers are not important for them.
