::Worst branch around. It takes the bankers (if theres more than 1) forever to see you and have no problem chatting for just as long making everyone wait. Im now travelling out of my way just to avoid this branch.

::So I read the horrendous reviews prior to making my first trip to this bank. I just moved in down the block figured I would go open an account quickly so I could have access to a free ATM 1 block from my house. Wrong! Things began ominously when I went to push open the front door. It was clearly labeled push on both doors on a prominent black and white sign. It was in fact a pull lol. Signs seemed new which made it even funnier. Ok so I get in. Line for tellers is about 10-15 people. It's 10am mind you. Lobby has about 7 people waiting to speak to an associate. I go up to the only man talking to customer at his desk and ask if I should wait in lobby. He points me to a sheet of paper to sign in. I go to it. Theres 7 people in front of me. I waited 20 mins and he was still on the person he was helping when I walked in so I left. I may still open a capital one bank for the free ATM on my block but it won't be at this location. Worst bank I have ever stepped for inside in my life.

::It was my first time ever going to a retail location of this bank. I went on a Monday at 12:45 p.m. The line was short. The teller was courteous and efficient. He asked if there were any additional things that he could help me with. I was done by 1:00 p.m.
