  We chose this hotel because we had my small dog with us and it was late and we were tired. Hotel turn I was very difficult to find. The elevator was like stepping into an oven, the room had been given a lick and promise cleaning, no paper towels, two spoons and one fork in the kitchen drawer, we had one tiny bar of Dove soap, room smelled strongly of air freshener, shower not clean, loud partying in several rooms on our floor, sketchy people vibe. We looked at three rooms before finally accepting one that was cleaner than others and not near floor exits (dog barks) On the plus side, the t.v worked, the bed was extremly comfortable, and front desk clerk was friendly. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

  Good points: quiet, friendly, most of the staff is friendly and accommodating. Bad points: room was dirty (floor had smears of food in the kitchenette/entrance area) and my parent's room had tile coming off. Had to wait for towels and bedding. Microwave was busted. The elevator is always dirty. The kicker? Staff sleeping while on duty. More than once.

  Very reasonably priced for the quality! We only stayed one night, but could easily imagine a comfortable extended stay :) The bed and pillows were awesome, and our room felt like a whole cozy apartment with everything we needed and more. The gentleman who checked us in last night was kind and helpful, as was the woman at the front desk this morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

  This Hotel was exceptionally horrible. My first room was filthy and my second room had used linen. Also smelled like a sewage with the sink and dishwasher full of water. Highly disappointed in this property.

  I reserved a room with two beds and received confirmation that all was good. Upon arrival we were informed, after having to ask, that we’d been moved to a king size bed room instead. We never received any form of communication on this and the only solution offered was for one of our party members to sleep in the recliner chair. Our room keys also didn’t work and I had to go back to get them re-programmed. Over all a very disorganized hotel with seemingly poor customer service. Was barely an ok place to sleep despite the loudness and smell of weed. We will not be back.
