::We were at this store twice this week. No one really seemed that interested in helping us the first time? When I finally pulled someone away from what was obviously a social conversation I was told they were out of what we were looking for but a shipment would be in the next day. Two days later still didn't have it. My biggest problem was today as our emergency brake was not disengaging when we started our rv to leave the campground next door. I stood at the service desk waiting for people to get off the phone? I finally walked over to the sales department and explained our situation. The gentleman was very nice (hence the one star) He understood exactly what I was talking about. We discussed how it happened once before and we were able to disconnect it but because we were traveling home, about a 1000 miles he suggested that they look at It? He advised is to pull into the service lane which we did only to find out they were booked three weeks out and they don't do that kind of work???

::Camping world of Nashville not only screwed us over once but twice in less than a week. We will NEVER use them again! I wish we wouldnāt have ever tried to use them in the first place. They have made us loose time from work and family. Never ever again will we support their business. Beings we are from out of town and I drove up for the weekend to purchase the camper with my spouse. They were supposed to give to us the camper on Monday. We tried to buy it Friday so we could get it over the weekend so I could drive back home to our Child. First thing they did was Friday they waited too long for us to go through our bank when we had been talking to them all week about a certain camper. Then again Saturday go and sign papers and they say we can get it Monday when our bank opens to get the papers situated. Well after waiting until weāll after 3:30 on Monday they tell us we have to wait until they have the check in hand when they have all the information needed and donāt āneedā the check in hand. I stayed another day and night for them to wait around to tell us something too late again. I stayed another day away from my child as they knew this and had promised everything to be right Monday so I didnāt waste my time up here. Iām pretty positive they were mad because we didnāt want to get ripped off with their financial department and went through our bank. We have been back and forth with them for a week now. Once we get our camper we will be done with them. If we would have known any of this would have took place we would have never bought from this location. Our camping world at home is nothing like this and has great service. This one cannot hold their word to anything.

::I would work with the salesman again but not the store in general. Chris T, was amazing and we were happy about that experience. The Maintenance was great too. The rest of the process was not worth wasting your time. I had to go and try to find a better rate on my own. after finding a better rate, they didn't want to work with that finance company so i had to pay more in interest. HERE IS THE KICKER, the better rate was Good Sam! Finance was pushy and would never work with them again. Once I can, I will be refinancing. BE CAREFUL AND SHOP FOR RATES WHEN BUYING HERE!

::Unfortunately I can not recommend the Nashville sales office my son went to look at campers found a used one negotiated a payment plan he could afford this was on a Saturday was told we would know something on Monday, someone finally called on Tuesday and left a message he would have to have a co signer. He tried calling back with no luck finally got in touch with someone else on Wednesday and they said that they could get a loan with the original payments he told them he could not afford that they were supposed to go and check again never heard from them he finally got in touch with the manager after no one else would return his calls and got his down payment back they had told him if he couldnāt pay as much as $5 more than the negotiated payment it would be a waste of time applying seems like they wasted a lot of out time.

::The service here was great. The salesman did a great job helping me find a trailer that fit my needs and my budget. He wasn't overbearing and had a great sense of humor. The financial representative was very helpful in finalizing the paperwork so I understood all the costs. The best part was the service center. They had my vehicle ready to go quickly and were patient with me. The demonstration rep walked over all the parts since it was my first travel trailer. Another mechanic who showed me how to hook-up my trailer for pulling was also very patient and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a travel trailer.
