  I had very good experience from another Chloe in NYC so I decided to visit this one. I don't know if it was the time of the day or maybe the location , but the place (design wise) did not feel very welcoming. Of the two hanging seats - one cannot move losely because it is not placed well, and has a wooden block very few inches behind it. The food is the same, though it could be my impression, but it felt havier than before, and I ordered the same thing both times. Service was good, and food was quickly prepared. Did not use their bathroom to review it.

  Ordered takeout from by Chloe's for the second time. First time was great. Food was warm and tasty. Ordered dames this tonight, 2 burgers and fries. Burgers were just ok. On the cold side. The fries however were completely cold and crunchy, like they were burnt. Not sure who put the order together, but seriously, there is no way these were fresh. Not sure if we'll order again or now. Very unhappy.

  Pesto meatball was delicious but not so much of a pesto flavor. Guac burger so good. Fries and Mac and cheese also delicious. Loved the Chipotle mayo and beet ketchup! Friendly service.

  The food was great! The service not so much. The cashier was on her phone texting while taking our order. It took us forever to order. Then she didn’t give me my change back and had to call the manager to open the drawer for her. When we got our food the order was wrong. The chef was very nice, gave the kids free cookies and cake over and asked how everything was. When I told him about the cashier he apologized and said he’d speak to her. I hope he really did because this is really not acceptable. She was clearly more focused on whatever was going on on her phone than she was on her work and the customers. If the food wasn’t delicious I probably wouldn’t go back. I loved the taco salad and the avocado pasta!

  Interior is bright, modern, and sunny, with plenty of seating for big groups or solo guests. All options are plant based and amazing- Trying to find quality vegan food in the area is sometimes challenging, and this place definitely hits the mark. This trip I got the meatball sandwich, which was topped with plenty of veggies, +red sauce. Only criticism is the that the roll was not supportive enough to lift up without ingredients falling through, so eating with a fork is a necessity. Service was friendly and fast, as the food took around 5 min to come out. Can't wait to come back and try their other options!
