::Let me start by saying that this is an average Burger King. The service is pleasant here. They are short staffed, like EVERY single fast food store. Please be patient with them. They are doing their best, and they are working very hard to keep up. The food was prepared with as much care as possible during a lunchtime rush. The young lady taking the orders was pleasant and the atmosphere is that if a fast food place. This Burger King makes fewer errors than any other Burger King I've been to. Thank you for the staff working diligently. 💪

::Update 2/9/23: My 5th time back since my first review below. I had previously rated 5 stars but after today, am removing 3, so the 2 stars remaining is my generosity and compassion for that poor girl that took my order. I had to wait to place my order almost 15 minutes, then waited another 40 for my food - took up my whole lunch hour. Sigh. I asked one of the girls what the hold up was and she said her boss quit and other employees also, so they are shorthanded. My food was not even hot and mayo, mustard, ketchup all over the packaging of my burger - waste of product, if you ask me. I have worked in the food industry many years ago, so I have an understanding of food cost, as well as good customer service. The young lady looked overwhelmed, I felt sorry for her. Obviously upper management needs to be replaced when they have a revolving door of managers in and out and cannot sustain these BK's throughout CC. Past 5 Star review - I had not been to any BK since 2014 because of the horrible customer service and bad food. I was told this location was under new management, and to give it a try. I have really missed that flame broiled taste, so I ate lunch there yesterday - inside. It was really good, hot and fresh and the dining area was clean. They were a bit busy, but I didn't wait long to place my order or get my food. Great customer service and food, will definitely be going back. Hopefully the BK in Calallen cleans up their act too, as that location is closer to home.

::Worst fast food restaurant ever. Isn't fast. It's close to me, so I've tried it many times over the last year just hoping they would get better. In the past, they were always out of stock of things. Whoppers. Fries. They are always super slow, too. Last visit, now their speaker doesn't work. Sat by the window waiting, I saw a girl there open something with her teeth as I'm sitting there waiting. Unsanitary. They never confirmed my order and barely handed me my drink because I asked while waiting. Don't go. This place is nothing but constant problems. If your stuff is even in stock, you're going to be waiting a long time, and I question worker hygiene after seeing someone use their teeth to open the coffee grounds for the machine.

::Was on my way back to Vegas from Corpus, and stopped off at your restaurant. Was amazing, the staff was so very friendly. I wasnt sure what I wanted, and the friendly staff steered me in the direction of the Whopper combo! I was delighted in this choice, as it filled me up good. The dining area was clean and bright. Smelled fresh, with no odors. All in all, a great experience, would highly suggest to anyone, to stop by! A+++++
