::Every time I go here. It’s a terrible experience. Against my better judgement, we went there again last night. Walked in, the place looks and feels nasty… The employees are all unfriendly and we were never acknowledged during the 20’ish minutes of standing there waiting to be sat. Finally, we walked right out of there and went elsewhere and had a great dining experience with much better food. I don’t know how this place stays open, it only benefits from its location. The food and service always suck here and the building is nasty and in desperate need of renovations. Wont be back.. You don’t need our business at this location apparently. EDIT: Stop it with your played out response below. Nobody will or wants to go to another site and fill out another survey.. Come on man! If you want to do the right thing, then do it but don’t deflect and pretend like you care when you clearly don’t. I am not filling out any additional surveys!

::My food came out suspiciously fast. I almost questioned the waitress how they brought 10 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings, and an appetizer almost as fast as getting our drinks out- which was less than 5 minutes… Our food was lukewarm at best, but we were too hungry to care. I could only assume this food was sitting out for some time, since the waitress said it may take a while to get the wings cooked. Again, they came out less than 5 minutes after we ordered. We ate our food and left; this is where the torture began. For the following 36 hours, up until I made this response, I have been bound to the royal throne expelling every ounce of bodily fluid I possibly could have in record time. I’m not blaming the waitress for this travesty, but those cooks knew how long those wings were sitting out before they gave them to me. If you want repeat customers, try not to kill then next time…

::We had ordered online and well put order was messed up. They completely took care of it. I have never had any issues with this location. Being the first time this happened I am very happy with how it was handled

::I ordered online & paid. Tried to stall me over 30 minutes past designated pickup time. I cancelled my order & they wouldn't refund my $$ immediately. They kept my $$ 24-48 hrs, still don't have refund. Ticked 🤬

::The only the reason I would give this place a 2 star was because of the waitress. She is over worked and handled herself very good. Now the food was something you get from a mediocre fast food . The fries was as old as yesterdays trash . The boneless wings was so dry that you can bite into one and dust would come out of it . The all American cheese burger was so greasy I could use that to grease a 747 . No flavor left me still hungry
