  I've been going to Red Robins for years, and this one for at least 7 years. Probably 3-4 times a year because my kids like going for their birthdays. I just can't give it 5 stars because the water tastes strange here. I've tried multiple times, and every time, I take a few sips and then just can't drink anymore. Only this location. 🤷‍♀️ The food is always excellent. The service is almost always great, at first. I feel like once you get your food though, you get the standard 1 time check in, and then you have to track down your server if you want anything after that.

  We were hungry. Stopped by this Red Robin and were seated. Place was not crowded. Our waiter was chatting with people around but never did stop by to take our order or drink order. He even walked right by us a few times but never spoke. We waited over 20 minutes. We finally just gave up and left. Terrible service.

  The restaurant was open even with 1 server who was pregnant. That is amazing. We waited a little longer but the food still came out pretty quickly and it was hot. We didn't have to wait for refills looking. The pregnant server seemed tired but still did an awesome job, I didn't catch her name. The staff worked well together and by the end of our meal another server showed up. Thank you!!!

  Well, it has been three years since I've been here. I'm hoping for a great experience. Lauren was very attentive and promptly got our drinks and order. Sweet potato fries, pink burgers and ranch were reordered. Three lunch meals at about $52.
