::We been stuck out here since 1 pm. Spoke to customer service they sent a truck mechanic 👷🏼♀️The mechanic came 2:30pm work on the vehicle and said it the electrical system. He set it and the vehicle still won't. Mechanic tells Budget customer service . You have send another truck. Then at 3:10pm Budget says they'll send a tow truck, then another truck for us. It's 4:29pm we are still sitting here and said we can be here for HOURS with no estimated time. DAMN DAMN DAMN
