  Friendly staff! Very accommodating. It’s the only rental company I use in Poughkeepsie!

  Awful service, use anyone else. Enterprise is only marginally better. It's almost like they're searching for the most unmotivated employees

  Easy access need more customer service rep. Took me over 30 min to return the rental.

  Charged 200$ for tolls. But I never used toll roads or bridges during that rental. Do not recommend.
