  stupid place is a joke. i cancel my membership 2 months ago and i was still being charged. i just stop by the gym to get an answer why and get my money refund and this girl Latishia i think was her name told they dont do refund and she just cancel it now at that particular moment i was there even tho it was supposed to be canceled two months ago.

  So recently I told my wife that we should cancel our gym membership that and join the YMCA instead. We went online and found out they have day passes free of charge (up to 3 visits) so We visited this location a few days ago and got a tour of the whole facility by Elan. She was very friendly and very informative. She took her time showing us around, explaining where everything was and answering all our questions. I don’t usually take time out of my busy schedule to sit down and give a review but I thought I would do it this time since we were very impressed with Elan and this location. That small area doesn’t even look like the bronx! Lol (in a good way). The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars it was because my wife and I are interested in maybe joining spin classes and that class is inside the gym which is a separate building, which means members have to exit the main building, walk outside, and go through the gym to get to the room where they have the class. Also it’s a 30min drive for us but oh well. Overall the place looks clean, has friendly staff, and other members we saw seemed respectful (considering we’re a lesbian couple). But we Will definitely sign up to be a member after we’re done with our free visits!

  Great place to workout after work, gym is not crowded which makes your workout quick, enjoyable and affective.
