  Good concept but poor execution. Servers are slightly lower caliber. Slightly high priced drinks for an airport (most beer is $11-12/pint;wine $11-125/glass) burger was ok - nothing great. They do have usb and outlets at every table They don’t take cash, but you can pay right at your table.

  Beer is always sour, no matter the tap. I wanted to like this place and have been here often. Every time I send my tap beer back. The next one is just as sour. CLEAR YOUR FG LINES!

  Sad but true. I should have read the reviews before we ordered. $15 for a pint of beer. $15.50 for a cold chicken buffalo salad. $10 for a terrible chocolate moose cake. They wanted $19 for a shot of whiskey. They charge Capital Grille prices for less then MC Donalds food and service. FORGETABOUTIT!!! Should have went to terminal 4 like we were told.

  Guests have to order their food by using tablets on the table. The tablet on my table wasn't even hooked up to the correct card reader. A server came over and swiped my card on all of the nearby card readers until she found the one that the tablet I was using was connected to. She also did not fix it so future customers didn't have the same problem. Nice try trying to make me tip 18% when I used a tablet to order my food.

  40 minutes for an expensive piece of cold undercooked bacon. Even taking into account its airport food this is bad, not the food but the service. No coordination between the wait staff and kitchen. The concept of ordering on iPads is nice, you can order and then watch news or whatever, this is common at airports especially in the NY area and the system is nice. But it's like you have to complain twice before the staff gets to you and gives you undercooked bacon. The bacon wasn't terrible though.
