  The staff is grumpy and not knowledgeable about the beer they have on tap. If I’m going to pay $10 for a pint of beer a smile would be nice. Also, the staff knows nothing about the beer they serve and didn’t seem to care that they gave us the wrong beer. At a Hilton level they should at least know what they are serving. Suggest that people just go down the street and get better service at a better price.

  I hate writing bad reviews but this was awful, had terribly slow bar service, we were there for three hours and got checked on maybe three times, our server disappeared for at least an hour without warning nor explanation, bartender (we had to ask him after we couldn’t find our server for 40 mins) spilled beer on our cell phone, didn’t even acknowledge it happened nor offered to clean it up, then basically ignored me when I had the nerve to try to pay, they also added a gratuity (which is probably why we got such bad service) which was a charming end to a lousy session of drinks, I know hotel bars are always lousy places to grab drinks and I usually try my best to them the benefit of the doubt but this one was terrible

  Gratuity is required. Not all bartenders acknowledge patrons so expect a wait.

  We came here twice during my friends recent visit from London and once during my uncle's visit last year- it's a must do! The drinks are delicious (although pricey), the bartenders are friendly, the location is convenient... we just enjoy even though is inside a Hilton Hotel ..
