  You're the smart very large store for such little selection and when you're in self checkout they breathe down your neck and stare at you like you're about to steal something. After that and all of your items are bagged with receipt in hand they will still try to stop you and check your bags as if again you are a criminal. Walmart needs to change this Behavior or they are going to lose some very valuable customers including myself. Walmart is the devil

  This was a pretty friendly trailer park...it seems to be maintained quite regularily because it looked excellent and I mean almost like it was manicured....

  You're better off buying land or renting elsewhere. The landlord jacks up your lot rent WITHOUT notice. She's rude and will charge you for light post when you move your home in and for water meter. She tried that with me knowingly she is to provide connection service ON the property. Tenants aren't happy here from the feedback I received. It is a nice place and friendly neighbors, but things go south when you deal with her. Think twice before moving here.

  There are many restrictions to live here. I got very stressed putting my mobile home here, the city of Baytown demands as much as if it were a place for rich people, that bothered me a lot, and the parking lot is very expensive if you are late, the surcharges are very exaggerated, you end up paying double the month's rent, as soon as I can buy my land.

  Very quiet and respectable people live around the T.Park
