  We’ve been here a short while. Though I’m not overly impressed, I’m satisfied with the majority of the repairs. Speaking only for myself, our rental needed; and still needs, some costly repairs. The location couldn’t be much worse as far as noise though. I’m not 100% sure about the insulation in the walls, but we hear every vehicle going either way on Hwy-146 with all doors and windows closed as tight as they can get. Living next to a major hwy, you’d expect some traffic noise, but it sounds like all the windows and doors in our home have been left wide open when they’re tightly closed. It makes it hard to get proper rest.

  Love this community!!! We are getting a new clean look and becoming modernized. The updates are very much needed. Good Job!!!!!!Staff is awesome! They are like family, they care about the people in the community!! 1 out of 10 got to give them a 8 everyone has room for improvement.

  Been renting from them for about 6 years now, have never had a problem, when something has broke I call and it's either fixed the same day or the next. Rent is reasonable, you pay rent and water. Management has always been nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have read the negative reviews here, I have not experienced anything like that, but then again I pay my rent and water bill on time. They are not money hungry people.

  This place gave me a chance when I needed it the most, anytime I have had a repair come up, they have been quick to act on it, they can't fix anything if you don't let them know about it. Neighborhood is quiet at night, nice neighbors, if you need a place to live, I would recommend them.

  Maintenance is okay, and management are always polite. Well as for Terri n Beth they always been nice to me. As long as ur renting ur always going to have a issue with something because u don’t own it. This place is just like any other place when you are renting.
