  Thank you, Branch Chem-Dry, for scheduling me today, Saturday, in just a short notice. I am very satisfied with the work of Armando. Our carpet now is clean and presentable for our house guest who is coming in a few days.Your technicians always have been competent and professional since I became your customer years ago. They came during the designated schedule. I did not not have to wait for a long time.

  My carpet is light in color and showing some age due to old dark/dirty areas esp. on high traffic areas. Branch chem dry was able to brighten those spots and I am happy with the results. I would use their services again and recommend them to my friends.

  Branch Chem-Dry is awesome!!! Whoever says they aren't doesn't know what they are talking about. I have used them several times and each and every time I am thrilled!!! Laurie is amazing, very helpful and accommodating, she was able to work around my busy lifestyle with my appointments which was wonderful. The technicians do an amazing job. They are very polite and knowledgeable as far as the process and how it works. I had several food and pet stains and each and every time they came they were able to remove everything. I highly recommend this company, very professional!!!

  Branch Chem dry does an awesome job. They are very professional and easy to deal with. My carpets now look brand new. I will definitely use them again. They did a fantastic job.
