  The owner of this laundromat is EXTREMELY RUDE and recently lost my business. I have been going here for years until one day he disrespectfully reprimanded me for not coming back in "exactly" 23 minutes after my wash cycle ended. I have also had horrific experiences with their dry cleaning services, including damaged or missing items. If I were you I WOULD NOT give this place any business, since Sonic Suds is just down Union Avenue and that establishmsnt actually values their customers.

  Charged $14 for hemming pants they never did, left the jacket with them for a month to put a zipper on never happened please don't use their Taylor.

  I dropped off a nice dress that I only wore once to a wedding for a hem sewing. I made clear not to wash it as I only wore it once. When I when to pick it up my dres was sititn on a top of a counter and there was a necklace part to it that was damaged the chain was broken and was tried to be glued together Clearly something. Happened after I dropped it off but the owner was very dismissive and didn't even acklowdge her fault and apologize Never going back there again If you have a nice dress that u don't want damaged stay away from this Place

  Had been taking work clothes for a while. Went to pick up my latest batch and found a machine rip on the elbow of one of my shirts. The lady acknowledged it was one of her machines that ripped it, but refused to do anything AT ALL about it. Wouldnt cover the cost of a new shirt, wouldnt even refund the cost of the dry cleaning. Will never come back here again.
