::This was an amazingly good deal for clean safe hotel in Copley Square. Stayed here for just over a week. Only 2 blocks away from 2 subway stations in a very SAFE neighborhood.Yes the hotel is old with wear and tear in places, but it was also full of Old Boston character. If you want something new which looks like all the fixtures came right out of Home Depot, you can select any number of nearby hotels for 4 times the price. But this is the best kept, low price, secret in Boston's historic Back Bay.

::No amenities in room. For example no coffee machine, fridge, or available Internet. The room is clean and nice but the door to the bathroom doesn't stay closed. All in all it's fine but don't pay full price

::The hotel is old and doesn't have a lot to offer, but great if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful with dining and tourist destinations.

::Two hundred bucks for a night at an old, decrepit hotel! Not even a hanger to put your coat on. Scheduled to be pulled down but limping along with one pleasant employee at the front desk. But it was the least expensive hotel room we could find in a nice area of Boston, Bay Back Bay.

::The location is the best part of the hotel! Lobby is really neat but there's nothing there. The hallways and rooms have never been remodeled. The only thing updated was the flat screen TV. It was warm in the room and there was no AC. The light on the ceiling was covered with a trash bag, obviously not working. It was loud when other guests would arrive, just by them walking in the hallway and opening/closing doors. Fairly inexpensive room for Boston and thanks to the location it's the only reason to stay there.
