::I really enjoyed my stay, the price is great for the location too. The place was charming and the hotel staff were friendly. The room was small but nice, perfect for someone who wants to explore the city or be out for most of the day. The bathroom was also newly renovated! The building is old so the walls are a little thin, but it also adds charm! I would definitely stay here again! I’ve had a much better experience here than I’ve had at chain hotels.

::After multiple stays at the Found Hotel I remain impressed with what a gem this place is. The old brick building is full of character in a great part of downtown. You’ll be within walking distance to theaters, bars, restaurants, and parks. The rooms are modernized and very clean. One of the real highlights, though is the amazing staff. The manager Sean is welcoming and attentive, and Valerie and Alex provide excellent customer service. I look forward to returning the next time I’m in town.

::I don’t know why y’all complain about an inexpensive hotel in a colonial town being small. Like… duh?? The staff was absolutely amazing- personable and friendly with great recommendations! I really enjoyed the modern atmosphere in such a cozy block. Beautiful views from the windows from the corner queen, and comfy for a work trip. Thanks, Found, for such a fun stay!

::We had a lovely stay here for a 4-day trip. It is a historic building so be prepared for tight hallways, slightly smaller rooms, and a small elevator, but lots of charm. There was a perfect amount of space in our queen room for my husband and I, and the bathroom was spacious. We loved the charging port and reading light built into the bed furniture. You can’t beat the location, with easy access to Boston Common, the T, and lots of great restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. If we had to state any cons, the mattress was a bit sunken in the middle in like many queen beds do after a few years, and the bathroom door is a slider that does not quite provide privacy. But overall we would definitely stay again. Sean the manager was super nice and showed us some tips for places to check out in the city, and the rest of the staff was great as well. Thanks for a great stay!

::For a solo traveler, I really felt like I lucked our with this hotel. There is parking across the street and the front desk will validate your ticket to reduce the price (my overall cost for a Sunday- Tuesday parking was about $50). For my whole stay, Valerie at the front desk- as well as the other staff I met- were all incredibly helpful and lovely. For one person, the room was perfect. Small, yes. But I was out exploring most of the day, and when I returned, I could comfortably relax and watch TV before bed. I would have given 5 stars but felt like there were some minor things to address. My air conditioning unit worked wonderfully but would make an incredibly loud noise every so often, and no matter how much I tried to see if something just needed to be tightened, it wouldn't stop. Thankfully it only lasted about 45 seconds each time, but it did wake me up once or twice. Additionally, the windows in my room did not lock. As I was on the 5th/top floor, I tried to let it go, but there was a fire escape outside my window and it left me feeling a little unsettled. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again.
