  I love Bodyfit. Great trainer with the best workout music in town. I already lost weight and gained muscle after 1 month. You should take a free class.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! I love Body Fit ! Motivating, positive, and upbeat atmosphere, plus it's super clean ! I was a member of NYSC for years and got so tired of going to an overcrowded gym with broken machines ! Body Fit has shown me results and has given me an overall better attitude towards fitness. You are receiving the personal training experience without breaking the bank. You won't find the same service for their prices anywhere else..The staff and members are extremely motivating and encourage you to achieve your goals ! I 100% recommend joining here, you won't regret it !

  The entire Body Fit staff and Member Community deserve more than 5 stars! The trainers do an amazing job with engaging every single member, despite being in a group environment. Frank, as well as the other trainers, are very knowledgeable in their craft. I've experienced better results with a few months of classes as opposed to 6-9 months of a standard gym. I highly recommend the Personal Training Sessions as well. Frank does an amazing job of customizing workout plans specific to your needs.

  As a person whose been inconsistent with traditional gyms, I finally found something that I am sticking with and love! Frank (the owner) offers high quality, fast pace, training classes with a personal touch. The classes are high energy, fun, & effective. No matter what current physical level you are, these classes will whip you into shape. I've lost countless inches all over my body and can't wait to reach more goals. The members are friendly, the staff is great, & the environment is professional but also makes you feel right at home. Annnnddd they offer free trials to give it a try!
