  I have bought many cars over 25 years from Darien BMW. The staff and management at this dealership is exceptional good. Steve Koslowski is perhaps the best car sales person I have ever met. Trustworthy, capable and helpful are characteristics of Darien BMW

  These guys are awesom. Fixed my wife’s car quickly, gave her a free loaner. Could not have been nicer or more professional. 5 Stars!!!

  BMW of Darien is an exceptional dealership. I selected them as my dealer of choice last year due to their first rate customer service. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed and someone is always there to greet you with a smile. Vincent Pampena is my service advisor and he's just wonderful! Always informative and takes the time to explain any questions about my car - 535ix '14. Wait time is very seemless with options for courtesy shuttle service or, if you plan to wait, the upstairs is well equipped with charging stations, desks, etc. My first visit was a year ago and since that time, the customer service has remained above par and exceeds my expectations. If you are shopping for a BMW, please see them and/or if you need your BMW serviced, I highly recommend them.

  Overall it was a fantastic experience, I have to say. Very professional and on the ball. This was my first time stopping by the service dept and I was very impressed. Chris was my point of contact and he took care of everything from start to finish. Thank you guys. Tim

  I have owned Mercedes, Lexus, and several American brands before leasing my first BMW. This is my fourth three year lease with two yeas to go on this one. I could not be more pleased with the car, the lease, and with BMW of Darien. The service from the moment I walk in the front door to the moment I get into my serviced car which has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, is top notch. I am completely satisfied with the service
