  We ordered all of our blinds from here for about 15 windows. They came pretty quick and were installed nicely by their guy. Two of the blinds were defective and had to go back for repair. One was missing a strap and the other was crooked. When we got them both back the strap was repaired but the other was still crooked. Had to send it back again. Each time took about a week. They say they will call to let you know your blind is ready for pickup but they never do. Both times when I called to ask the status of the repairs I’m told they were ready for pickup. Something tells me if I never bother to follow up my blinds would just be in their possession indefinately. They need to impove their service a little.

  Sales associate was great, helpful, patient, and understanding. Management not so much. Blinds look great, just not the original color I ordered. Overall I'm happy and would order again.

  Great product! Terrific Installation Services and Team. Communicative and Reliable. Poor Retail and or Blinds to Go In house Service. Retail Store unreachable during business hours by phone.
