  The self check out is Great. Where I‘ve encountered issues is dealing with cashiers, service desk and managers. I’ve waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak with management since service desk can’t answer any of my questions or concerns. I’m return back to Costco’s. Plus there are additional charges for using BJ’s coupons, check your receipts. I asked a manager for an item I couldn’t find at the store he yelled at me, when he couldn’ve just asked me the question again. After waiting on the phone, the other manager wouldn’t give me her name. I don’t understand how management isn’t trained to deal with customers. Hi I’m So and so how may I help? That’s all you needed to say and if I ask for your name, state it. It’s not rocket science.

  In general the place is great it's fantastic that they took out the videos and a few other things that doesn't warrant a $55 membership

  Good prices and better selection than Costco (they actually have lots of branded items). Also impressed with the amount of coupons available for use. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the customer service can be kind of lax sometimes. But I highly recommend this place for all your bulk item needs.

  Great place to shop in bulk. Employees are helpful if you have any questions. Most of the time check out is pretty quick. Handicap accessible, bathrooms and a place where you can sit down for a quick bite to eat.
