  A week ago, I started my Jeep up and noticed the low tire pressure light was on. This time of year, I knew it couldn't be from extreme cold so I was concerned that one of the tires had been damaged in some way. I checked the pressure on all four and, sure enough, one was markedly lower than the rest. I drove over to the Bill Volz dealership where I normally bring my Jeep for servicing, hoping they could check out the tire. Dave, in the Service Dept., is who I usually deal with and he took the Jeep in right away. Within a half hour or so I was on my way with the tire fixed -- it had had a nail in it so they plugged it. I was very happy that they were able to work on it so quickly. It was a workday. I was a bit late but no big deal compared to what could have been a blown out tire on the highway. I am grateful to Dave and the Bill Volz Service Dept. for being so very responsive.

  We are so happy we went to BV's Westchester. Brian Cunningham was great to work with. Never pushy, always doing everything he could to get what we needed for the truck. Very easy to work with. Getting a new car can be so stressful, but Brian made the experience very pleasant. We will be back after the lease is up for a new truck. Thanks again...

  FABULOUS! Admittedly, I called wanting to buy a specific vehicle that I knew was still in transit. I was sent to a terrific saleswoman who knew everything about this car, and I asked some tough questions because I had done a real lot of research myself. She was bright, educated and cheerful. The sales manager was terrific and worked with me on my needs and then sent me to the financial dude who was just as great as the first two people I dealt with (am I supposed to list their names here? ) I have had many bad experiences with car dealerships - some right here in Yorktown. These guys were honest and caring and knew their stuff. I did not once feel I was being taken advantage of or jerked around. Oh, and I LOVE my 2018 Jeep Renegade with a manual transmission and the double-pane panoramic sunroof! It drives like a dream, has tons of buzzers and bells and will last me for at least 10 years. I am a very happy camper!

  I should have left this review a few yrs ago. I leased a Jeep Wrangler. Chris Marschauser was the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. Management is great too. Everyone is friendly & makes you feel comfortable.

  I entered and Chris Marschhauser asked me how he could help. Once I told him what I wanted and that a friend referred me, he gave me the keys to a 2018 vehicle and told me to tell him what I think! I have been to other places where they must go with you or tell you not the highway, etc. so I was astounded at the trust given to me right away. Upon returning, he apologized for not going with me because if I had a question, he could answer them. But it was the opposite; being able to test drive a car where and how i wanted is what I wanted. He even beat the last dealers quote, saving me hundreds. Brian Nugent helped me finance it even though my credit is not the greatest. He found a bank that would work with me, once again, bringing down the price. They are truly nice people but I did not go to find a friend, I went to find the right vehicle. So I got the added bonus of meeting and knowing two great people that went out of their way to find me the car I wanted at a great price! I suggest you go, take a look, and talk to anyone there. I can tell when someone is out to hustle me. Believe it or not, they try to get you into a car you can afford and if the numbers are not right, they will work with you.
