I came in one day approximately 7 weeks ago. I had a flat tire. The stem on my tire was actually dried out and fell off when I was getting a car wash across the street at the Boulevard Mall. I slowly drove my car across the street. And instead of just having them fixed one tire. I decided to replace all 4 tires. During the time that they had to replace my tires one of the workers had my passenger door open and the door was rubbing on the post that would lift your car off of the ground. Long story short Big O Tires damaged my door. . I was selling the car and I agreed to be cut the $200 check. I have went back and forth with Big O Tires for approximately 7 weeks. In no way shape or form was I disappointed with the quality or the price of my tires. But the customer service that I have had or lack of service that I have been given isnt called for. Today I went directly to corporate today was the last call for dealing with these people directly. Their store manager is really good at giving people the run around he is a bigger guy with the red beard. I would not suggest doing business at this location. Because if they scratch your door or damage something on your vehicle. They will not fix your problem in a timely manner and it will be a nightmare because you have to fight with them to get them to listen. Take your business somewhere else I would not recommend this tire company on Maryland Parkway. The mistake I made during this process was wasting my time with this manager at the store level. And not going directly to corporate right away. Me personally I don't write reviews for people who do good service this is what you should be in business for. However for this type of a nightmare I need to let the community know.

I came here the other day for my oil change. Which was fast and easy. But it being a tire place of course they tried to talk me into buying 4 new tires. I said no and the sales guy then tells me I have a nail in my tire. I risk it and go to work without replacing the tire like he tells me. Today I took my car into Discount tires next to my house, he looks at it and pulls out the nail. “You don’t need a new tire it’s barely in there” So while I was getting my oil change Big O tires could’ve easily pulled it out, but instead tried to use my lack of knowledge about nails in tires against me to try and sell me a tire. And let me leave with a half nail in my tire that didn’t need to be there. I loved the service while I was there but won’t be returning because that right there shows lack of care for customers.

I have been using Big O Tire for years, starting back in my home town Mesquite Nevada. Recently moved to Las Vegas and work very near a Big O Tire. Brian, Javier, and James were who assisted the past three visits. First for an oil change, second for a change of a flat tire, and lastly, change of brakes. All three service visits were prompt and the staff was very attentive and informative. Highly Recommend location and staff. Thanks!!!

Fantastic service. All my questions were answered, and they stayed well after closing time in order to finish my car repairs. Would highly recommend! UPDATE: I've been to Big O twice since my last review, and have had nothing but exceptional service. My car has been through the ringer this year, but the boys at Big O - especially Dustin - have made sure to explain all the products and services thoroughly, and have treat both my spouse and myself with respect and professionalism. We refuse to go anywhere else!

Big O does much more than tires. They do most all vehicle repairs and at a competitive price. They will also put the charges on your RC Willey account if you would like.
