  Went in and got great customer service but they gave me the wrong part. Went back the same day and they fixed it on the spot. Just make sure you tell them exactly what you need.

  I was helped by a guy named Armando B. He was really nice. I would definitely come back to this autozone!

  Bryan T is a rude and unprofessional employee. William R is an amazing employee with great customer service skills. One of my headlights and one of my tail lights needed replacing, and this was the closest one to me. I have no idea about cars so I asked William if he could help me replace the bulbs. He cheerfully let me know he could and immediately started assisting me. In the process of doing so, Bryan T decides to walk outside and ask William if he was ok, to which William replied he was (a headlight clamp was jammed so it took him a second). Bryan T then makes a statement of “that’s why we don’t do those things” in reference to William replacing my headlight. Then, he goes inside and starts watching us from inside through the window. How unprofessional. Did he expect William to just stop helping me after he had already started?? What was the purpose of him making these comments and watching like we were doing something wrong? If that is something he shouldn’t be doing, what business of mine (a paying customer) is it to know DURING the fact of being helped?? He should have waited til he went back inside. William deserves more credit than he’s getting from this place

  Went in the store to buy brakes and the employee who helped me asked if i needed brake lubricant and i told him no. He then asked if i was lying. I told him i already had some. So when i pay and go to my car i noticed he rang in the lubricant that i didnt need. I had to go back in the store and return it. First he tries to sell me something i didnt need and after i said no he still added it on anyway.. Terrible customer service and was rude the whole time like he was annoyed to help me out. Never going to this store again.

  I literally love this location. They are always so helpful and the last time I was there this Asian girl(no offense) I do mot recall her name but she was new .. She was awesome. Her sales were great. She literally helped me right away with what I needed. No hassle, or hesitation. Great service always here for me.
