  This place is awesome! Went there today to have my almost flat tire checked out. Apparently I had a hole in it so they helped me out by patching it. Despite them being fairly busy, everyone was so friendly and it only took 10-15 minutes. Will be back for any future tire issues!

  Outstanding attention and service from Eric, Jeff and the rest of the staff. Went in knowing I needed two tires but expected pressure from the store to get four. Eric asked me questions about my driving habits, how long I was planning to keep the car, questions that I had never been asked at a tire store. To my pleasant surprise Eric told me I only needed two tires, that I could squeeze a few thousand out of the other two! I bought four, but that was my decision. Will definitely be back!

  I am in customer service and I know how rear it is to find a place that will really take of you but Chris was AMAZING. I am in Maryland and my daughter is a Wild Cat attending UK. She had a flat tire and we called Big O and they took her right away even though they were very busy. Chris personally addressed this problem and fixed the tire and an additional small problem for no charge. He has won our business for the rest of the time my daughter lives in Lexington. It was a small kind deed but it was a huge deal to me. Thank you Chris for your outstanding service and care for my family. Great work.
