  I did not have trouble finding their pricing, easily displayed on their website & also it's on display at their front desk as well. The prices seem high to me, but I don't think it's Big Apple's problem I think it's more a Manhattan problem. The manager was extremely helpful & thorough with policies, and showed me the different spaces available and told me how much each cost. He helped me figure out which one worked best. There is a 5-day notice where you need to let them know 5 days prior to your last day or they will charge you another month, but that's better than my last place which required a 14-day notice, so I'm okay with that. They also don't prorate your last month, which I also think is pretty standard. Overall, I really like the space, seemed well taken care of & the manager was great. I will update if there are any issues.

  They refused to disclose their pricing... perhaps every unit comes with a surprise charge
