  Awesome hotel, very clean. Pool is small but is so nice. Staff is super nice and helpful

  Perfect location! Walking distance to the French Markets, food, drinks, stores, Jackson Garden and more... Staff was very kind and helpful... One thing I would suggest to change is to have the pool nice and cool instead of heated water. It is very hot there, even at night... Would have like to jump in a cool pool instead of a heated pool. But otherwise love the location...

  The room was not quite ready when we got there but they kept our luggage for us. They were all friendly. The breakfast lady was a little bit hovering . Our room was beautiful with a window facing Decatur st, a comfortable king size 4 poster bed, the bathroom had a huge walk in marbled shower. The room was nice and quiet. The desk clerk printed our boarding passes and the bell man called us a cab. Everything turned out great! I booked the room through Southwest vacations.

  We love Bienville House! We come here annually and it's fabulous every time. The staff are wonderful--we have a 7 year old daughter who they remember every time and treat like royalty (Beverly is the best, and we also love the breakfast staff). She loves the pool, which is lovely. We go every morning and sometimes again at night. The recent room renovations just make it that much nicer.

  Very much enjoyed our stay here. Room was good and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Location was perfect - in the French Quarter, but on a somewhat quieter street. Also close to Canal and the river.
